I’m also the author of the Amazon bestselling book Messages from Above: What Your Loved Ones in Heaven Want You to Know and the creator of The Empath Oracle.

Following a profound season of personal transformation, my work expanded beyond mediumship alone. Today, my work blends intuitive guidance and coaching with modalities such as channeled messages, sound healing, oracle cards, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and embodiment practices to support women in creating lives that feel deeply aligned, grounded, and authentic.

As the founder of luxury Women’s Wellness Retreats, I create immersive experiences designed to help women reset, reconnect, and rise through intentional healing, sisterhood, adventure, and inner work.
